It was a pleasure working with Multiculture Mortgage! The process was seamless despite the hurricane and things beyond our control. Lavon walked and talked me through the entire process and anticipated anything underwriting would need to ensure there were no delays. As an undiagnosed OCD person LOL, their online client portal was amazing. It literally detailed everything as far as where we were in the process, ease of uploading documents and communication. I appreciate organizational things such as that! When I got the “clear to close” notification I was genuinely pleased and shocked as I hadn’t expected for the process to go so quickly! I can’t wait until interest rates drop so I can refinance and trust I’ll be calling Multiculture Mortgage!!!

Lavon recently closed the loan for one of my clients and the entire process was extremely smooth. He kept us updated throughout, was always available to answer questions, closing was on time and the buyer got a great rate.
